The Process

These are the steps to begin the auction process for your real estate.

Step 1. — Call Us Today!
Call AllState Auctions (404) 876-2543.  We will listen to your concerns and goals and determine the strengths of your property so that we can bring it to the marketplace with confidence. You will work with our team of real estate professionals to help you determine the fair market value of your home.  As an added bonus, we can even sell the contents of your estate.

Step 2 — Evaluation
Next, our team will evaluate all potential forms of media and develop a strategy for reaching our target audience in the most effective and cost-efficient manner possible.  Taking advantage of the strengths of your property, the plan will be tailored to generate the greatest amount of interest possible.

Step 3 — Develop Materials
Our team will work with graphic designers to develop professional, attention grabbing brochures and ads.  Additionally we will develop a specially targeted mailing list from available databases for direct mail.  The databases have been carefully selected to the pre-qualifying criteria established through our research.

Step 4 — Advertising /PR
Next, the public relations, and advertising campaign begins.  Our team will make and receive calls and follow up on each and every qualified inquiry several times to entice the prospective buyer to attend the preview and auction

Step 5 — Pre qualification and Preview
At the preview, our team will meet with your prospective buyers and answer questions and to point out the unique features of your property.  At the preview prospective buyers pre-inspect the property so that they have full knowledge on its condition prior to the auction.  All prospective buyers are pre-qualified through their bank prior to the auction.

Step 6 — Auction
The auction is conducted on premise, if possible.  On the day of the auction, all prospective buyers are required to bring a non-refundable deposit before they are allowed to bid.
